«Investment Forum of Turkmenistan» (TIF 2024): New horizons of international cooperation

On the 19th to 20th of September, 2024, Ashgabat will turn into the centre of global economic and investment attention, becoming the venue for one of the most significant events in the region - the «Investment Forum of Turkmenistan» (TIF 2024). This forum, organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, will be an important milestone in attracting the international investment community to the dynamically developing economy of the country.

At the moment, more than 100 delegates from 20 countries have registered for TIF 2024, which indicates a growing interest in Turkmenistan's investment opportunities. This event highlights the key importance of the country in the global economic arena, attracting the attention of not only leading international financial institutions, but also a wide range of investors and experts.

One of the key participants of the forum will be Mayka Oshikawa, Director of the WTO Accession Department, who will share her views on Turkmenistan's integration into the world trade system. Anna Varyanik, WTO Legal Officer, will talk about the legal aspects of international cooperation. The participation of Andrey Mihnyev, the Permanent Representative of the World Bank in Kazakhstan, who will present the World Bank's views on the economic development of the region, also attaches special importance to the forum.
