The Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan R. Meredov made an address at the meeting of the Council of Heads of Governments of the Commonwealth of Independent States that was held in the format of a video conference on the 6th of November.

“The cultural-humanitarian sphere remains as a strong and reliable link between the states and people of the CIS,” noted the Vise-premier. In this context, the interest of the Turkmen side in continuing cooperation in the area of education, science, culture and sport was expressed.
